Introspection and Self-Awareness. For me, these are the keys to the door of our "Reflective Universe".

As I continue to excavate sadness and anger from my being-ness, I become more self-empowered. I am starting to truly believe in myself.

I remember hearing in the past that issues with our lungs could represent a challenge with emotional grief or sadness in one's life.

In recent weeks, I have been on an emotional roller coaster of fear and peace in relation to my material life.

Receiving forgiveness from someone outside of yourself is part of the process of releasing and healing 'Guilt', but it is not the key.

This challenging experience is allowing me to surrender aspects of myself so that I can trust process and know that love is safe.

I was visited by two of my oldest emotional friends, "Betrayal" and "Disrespect".

2022 was rough, yet liberating. Heart breaking, yet filled with love.

My intention with creating this podcast and blog is to share my experience openly and vulnerably without judgement of myself or others.

I realized that the increased frequency of experiencing 'Red' in my external environment represented my Root Chakra.

I wrote a letter to myself to re-connect and provide gratitude to past versions of my being.

Recently, I have been struggling to let go of smoking and caffeine again. I have found myself in a familiar internal conflict.
