Sunday Morning Dream Observations

I woke up this Sunday morning feeling refreshed. The Taoist Horse Stance session I attended last night was exactly what the spiritual doctor ordered. As I came out of sleep, I explored a dream that I had before going into my morning meditation.
What I remembered were two aspects of the dream. First, I was walking in a public area which had a festival taking place. The festival wasn't just a local one but a well known social gathering that attracted many high-level officials to it. These officials had security onsite to ensure their protection from the general public as well as any perceived threats.
I remember walking around the festival. As I proceeded, I was getting closer to the security detail. There was no room for kindness in these men. They were aggressively, but not violently, moving the general public away from where this official was viewing the festival. I walked by them and experienced the same aggressiveness but without any kind of frustration towards them.
As I navigated the festival, I ended up passing the same security detail a second time. I could see the one member of the detail took notice of my second pass. He was wary of my appearance. I was wearing my normal sunglasses and a hat but also had a backpack. After I noticed his attention, he motioned towards me and made a point to "scare" me.
I continued to walk around the festival. I found myself passing this security detail a third time. After observing their behavior with the general public, I came to know which of the guards were aggressive and which were not. As I got closer to my unofficial security detail friend from my second pass, I saw his frustration and urgency increase. To him, I was now a threat because three times along the same route is trouble in his eyes.
He was tensing up. He was getting ready to really show me who was boss and that I shouldn't come back this way. Before he could express his intention physically, intellectually and/or emotionally...I comedically and dramatically moved myself before he could even initiate his defensive tactic. I understood that he was doing his job but I decided to use fun in response to his aggression.
I went on my way. As I did, I could see he was furious but limited as he couldn't engage me unless I showed I was an actual threat. I knew at this point I shouldn't push my luck so I decided to go to another part of the festival.
I then found myself in a barn like area with outdoor paddocks that the animals can use to get some sun. I came across a mini-horse that had antlers on it. I thought: "How ridiculous. Some person found it appropriate to put antlers on a horse for their own entertainment and then not take them off at night.". After having this thought I hopped the fence to take the antlers off the horse.
However, before I could take the antlers off, I saw an old horse friend of mine named Sunny. I stayed down on one need and said "Sunny, it's so great to see you! I missed you my friend."
After recognizing my voice, Sunny trotted over to me. I wasn't actually sure what was going to happen next. Sunny then embraced me with her head and neck for a hug. She was excited to see me. My heart filled. This horse, who I haven't seen in so long, remembered me. She remembered our friendship and how we helped each other. It was a beautiful moment of recognition. From that point on I hung out with Sunny...the other horse was roaming around the paddock still wearing those antlers haha
I think this Festival Dream was provided by my Higher Self so that I can continue to embrace my true self. No matter how serious the world around me is, I can still have fun while balancing respect for my external world. That I am a person who honors animals equally to himself and the animals I have experienced in my life value who I am. That is one of the greatest honors of my life.
